About Homtiq

Homtiq.com is an online classifieds website where owners, dealers and agents advertise houses, plots, flats, farmhouses, agricultural land, shops, offices and plazas for sale and rent across Pakistan. We also serve overseas Pakistanis who want to buy or rent property back home.

How it works

Anyone can browse for free and filter by city, type, price and size. Sellers create an account and post up to 3 ads free each month, with 3 to 10 real photos. Every ad is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Buyers contact the owner or dealer directly on WhatsApp or by phone. Homtiq does not charge commission, and is not part of any deal.

What we check

We look for duplicate ads, fake or stolen photos, wrong categories, explicit content and misleading prices. Ads that break our Terms of Use are removed. When a property is sold or rented, the seller marks the ad as Sold or Rented and the contact details are hidden.

Who runs Homtiq
